As Global Head of Operations Excellence at Slim Chickens, he led the fresh-to-frozen supply chain transformation across an international footprint. At Pinnacle Entertainment he moved through seven roles in seven years, starting as a food and beverage training manager and ending as a regional director, earning multiple Leader of the Year recognitions along the way.

His practice runs across multiple disciplines that most consultancies separate. Customer experience and team member experience are first-class engagements in their own right.
